Our meats are vacuum packed in clear packaging and frozen in thin slabs of 2kg.

This makes them quick and easy to evenly and safely defrost. Boxes for sale are usually made up to 16kg.

We can produce bespoke mixtures of all our meats depending on the finished product specifications of our retail customers.

White Meat

Our white meat is a combination of claw meat which is 100% handpicked and leg meat from the thigh that is extracted using a leg blown machine. Delicious on its own or with a hint of lemon and great in salads this is widely considered the premium meat.

White Body Meat

Is a white meat from the body of the crab and is mechanically extracted via a Sepamatic© machine. Ideal for crabcakes, soup and pasta dishes.

Leg Meat

Or also known as toe meat, again is mechanically extracted using the same process as the white body meat. A delicate flavour as with the claw.

Brown Meat

Brown meat from the body of the crab has a stronger taste which is useful for enhancing and adding depth to the overall flavour of crab dishes. The meat is manually removed and minced for optimum consistency. 

Whole Crab Claws

Claws are sold in sizes XXL, XL, L and M. Revered for the rich, sweet taste of the white meat within. Typically they are sold frozen in bags of 10kg and are particularly popular with the European market.

DPCO Double Pincer Cap On

Double Pincer crab claws with white meat exposed and easily accessible for removing from the shell. Usually sold in 10kg boxes.

Scored Snap & Eat Claws

These claws have been helpfully ‘scored’ or partially split, so part of the culinary experience is ‘snapping’ to reach the meat within.

BBQ Claws

Also known as cocktail claws, these are perfect for a buffet or seafood platter with the meat from single claws exposed ready to eat.
